- The College of Dentists of Cluj-Napoca means: the territorial college of the College of Dentists of Romania, a professional and national organization of dentists whose main activity is, among others: the control of the establishment, organization and operation of medical dental offices, including the Society; the territorial college is headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Bulevardul Nicolae Titulescu 33/ 24, 400407 ;
- Ministry of Health means: the ministry headquartered at Str. Cristian Popişteanu No. 1-3, Sector 1, Bucharest, telephone: 021 312 22 12; 021 317 40 08, website: www.ms.ro, having, among other things, control responsibilities regarding the establishment, organization and operation of medical practices, including the Company;

Applicability of Terms and Conditions. Binding Force

Medical information
- No information presented on the Website should be considered a specialist consultation, diagnosis or recommendation for a condition or disease and cannot replace a specialist doctor's consultation.
- In this regard, for the correct diagnosis of conditions and for the identification of treatments and recommendations, it is absolutely necessary to contact your doctor for a specialist consultation.

The working hours presented on the Website are subject to change. It is advisable to make a prior appointment when visiting the clinic.

- A contact form is made available through the Website. This can be used to request an appointment or to ask a question regarding the Services provided by the Company.
- Thus, through the website, the Company makes available to Users the "online appointments" service. To register an appointment at the clinic, the User must access the "Make an appointment" page and complete the contact form. Access to the "online appointments" service is offered free of charge to Users, but is conditional on acceptance of the provisions of the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data.
- The Company makes every effort to honor all appointments made through the website. After submitting the online form, the User will be contacted by a clinic representative to confirm the appointment. The appointment is considered made only after its confirmation.

Complaints handling procedure
- Any complaints you may have regarding the Company's Services or in connection with the Company may be submitted to the contact details provided.

- Any dispute related to the exercise of the medical profession falls under the jurisdiction of the litigation committee of the Romanian College of Physicians.
- Also, at the DSP level there is the Monitoring and Professional Competence Commission for Malpractice Cases. If you wish, you can contact this commission in the event that you consider that you have been the victim of an act of malpractice.
- To the extent that the situation cannot be resolved amicably, then the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca Municipality.
Chapter X – Final provisions
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that the law applicable to the entire contract shall be Romanian law, both in terms of substance and form.
- The place of conclusion of this contract is considered to be in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary. To the extent that, after such modifications are made, you do not agree with the new content, please discontinue using the Company's Website.
- If a clause in these Terms and Conditions cannot be applied, for any reason, that clause will be replaced by the legal provision relevant to the situation for which the clause was agreed and which comes closest to the meaning of the unenforceable clause.
